I agree bro... along with him doing a little better job of screw placement. Dropping a longer screw into a spot just because it fits can lead to some serious damage. He needs to get a magnetic screw pad...they will keep the screws all in order where they came from.

Dust can cause several issues including overheating, and other issues. Not a good thing to forget. But many repair shops do in fact forget it.
