I'll give it in a nutshell - Mynamar is a basket base since it got its independence in the 1960's and still running the country via the military, vs Thailand who is the best out of the 4 financially but still plagued with corruption, vs Vietnam who comes in second best but still run by a Commie govt so will never progress far, vs Cambodia which is still a basket case since the Commies took over in the 70's and never recovered from the Pol Pot regime.
