    Ryan, truly awesome content lately.
I do hope that you think on and seriously consider Todd's recommendation regarding the use of a training log (or maybe a second white board where you track a month's, 30-day, progress... would be instrumental in your correctly reflecting back on training and will really help you gauge future workouts.
BTW: Outstanding effort on your pulling (side pressure) this workout! Beast mode: ON!

Learned a lot about PR science by watching Todd. I used to think it was all just grip and rip. But if you approach it using Todd’s methods, you could budge a lot more weight than you thought you were capable of. Will try applying this to my main compound lifts from now on

Funny how most of the conversations around Ryan's training right now (2022) is that he isn't doing it right, counting reps that are not completed, etc. Yet, here he is, learning from Todd to NOT count those. So, either people forget he does know how to train right, or they didn't watch these videos and are just talking shiz to get clout. Regardless, Ryan you are strong AF, you got huge balls and I respect the fuck out of you. Some random dude from Washington State, United States.

Not hating, but your angles need to be more consistent. The lighter weights are more side pressure and the heavier the weight gets you start dragging. You’re really not gauging your side pressure progress by dragging your 1RM. I believe I heard Todd mention something about the angles as well. I’m loving the content though and can’t wait for Armfights Unleashed tournaments to start back.
