- It's possible that you've already thought of what would happen if we drop a Diamond into the shredder. Now it's became reality, we tried it and made a video about it. Hope you will enjoy this experiment!
Diamond has the highest hardness and thermal conductivity of any natural material, properties that are utilized in major industrial applications such as cutting and polishing tools. They are also the reason that diamond anvil cells can subject materials to pressures found deep in the Earth. In this video we used a Diamond made from Glass Crystal.

To everyone saying they're fake because "DiaAMoNdS aRe The HardESt MaTERial" clearly ate glue as kids. Hardness literally only pertains to the stone being able to be scratched. Diamonds can be crushed and chipped fairly easily. Which is how a shredder works. I mean they are fake because a whole diamond that size would cost a literal fortune, but a real one that size would act the same.
