Great video. I’ve asked you in the past for resume help. I’m having trouble trying to write the perfect resume. Can you help me? I’d appreciate if you could help me write a resume.

How do you deal with employee theft of resources like paper towels, band aids, water, paper, office supplies and the like? I'm not talking about using them...I'm talking about employee's taking entire reams of paper or whole boxes of pens or whole boxes of band aids etc...home for use outside the company? We've cut off many hands and some arms but they just don't seem to get the message...

Those employees direct managers need to hold them accountable. Stealing is a reason to fire someone. If they don't get fired, everyone else will see it and know they can steal a well. And that shouldn't be a facilities managers problem.

    Hi
I'm doing course in building management system in india ... Travelling to uk next year is it helpful for me to get job overthere in this filed or I have to do course as per uk standard aswell.

Different organizations call it different things and I can't speak for the UK culture. To me, facilities management is maintenance division, building management is operations division. But I could be wrong on that. Thanks for watching!

So many 'umm ahhs ' between every single word, prepare well before recording, that way it will make the content interesting.
