For all those who are on OneUI3.0 and Android 11 - you'll need an additional step - when your phone is turned off - you need to connect it with a data cable to a computer and then start the same process. If you're already locked out of your phone and you can't figure a way to completely shutdown phone - ensure its connected to a "charger" when pressing Volume down + power button. Exactly the point when the phone is turned off, charging will interrupt the auto reboot process when you keep pressing those 2 keys. Then removing the charger will give you a completely turned off phone.

It just goes to first screen that says start to set up phone but then on the next screen is telling me tjere was an unauthorize factory reset and the phone shuts off,what should i do can somebody help me
