Engr,i believe for larger area computation ng CHB,need to add breakage factor

Disregard po ang area ng beam at column. Kunin nyo lang po ang area ng wall. At dyan na po kayo magbase po.

There are also another kind of hollow blocks in the PH aside from what you said.
Eg. Smart Masonry, which according to them is affordable and reduces time and man power in construction. But is sturdier than traditional CHB.
Still, there are others like RoyMol concrete which is like the traditional CHB but has a psi rating ranging from 450 upto 1000 psi.
I hope you can cover this topic as well in your future video as I am interested to know your professional opinion on this matter.

Ok sa mortar depende po sa gusto mong class yan kung class b or class c ako kase class c kase hindi naman ang wall ang nag dadala ng load kundi ang poste at beam kaya kahit hindi sya class b ok lang

paano po ang pagcompute ng chb considering yung height po. bale po yung actual height is 6.2 sa front elevation then .3 height below the ground level (within the natural ground level and ground floor level)
then yung note po sa instruction is 1 layer of chb below the ground. bale ilan na po magiging height nya???

6.2 meters plus 0.2meters po. Kasi ang 1 layer ng chb is 0.2meters po.

Sa 1 metter cubic maam ilang cubic feet Yun
Gusto ko ikaw mag compute para matuto ka 😊. I convert mo ang 1 meter to feet. Tapos multiply mo ng tatlong beses para makuha ang cubic.
Example: 1mx1mx1m= 1 cubic meter
So pag cubic foot, convert mo muna kung ilang feet ang isang meter.

@@kennedymagtoto974 no po. Its 35.3 cubic feet. Kasi may 3.28 feet ang 1 meter. So 3.28ft x 3.28ft x 3.28ft is equal to 35.3 cubic feet..

Depende po yan sa assign engineer ng project po. Pero ang class B is ang most na ginagamit.
