    Played this with my middle school band and it was magical, I still remember practicing this piece everyday. I was on trumpet hitting the high notes, I felt so awesome. I miss it

      We were going to play it but we don't have time. Me and the other first and second trumpets could play it easily but the thirds and some other instruments can't.

    I was a clarinet player and because I am a zelda fan I had bought an ocarina. When I saw there was an ocarina part, I told the director I was the only one in the band with ocarina experience so he should give the part to me. Thats what happened and we sounded great!

    I played the roto toms for this piece in high school. The most challenging and fun piece I ever played!

      Same. Played bass drum and had to turn it and play like a koto drum: a mallet in both hands just going hard

    I played tuba on this song in 8th grade. It was incredibly difficult and incredibly rewarding to nail it. My band teacher was Daniel Ogren. He pushed us because he knew we could do it. I still remember his long hair flailing wildly as he conducted us.

    I played this on flute my senior year of high school. We also played it at my graduation. It was my last time playing with the band and I was very sad when it ended.

    I played bass clarinet on this song and at the time I was just a Freshman in high school. I wasn't very good at playing the bass clarinet but with the help of my director I improved

    We played this my freshman year of high school, 1999. I played a lot of the small percussion, and really had a fantastic time.

    I thought this song was so cool until my band teacher started making us right an essay about what it reminds you of and make a story about it ;-;
