Self assembly instructions to make a replica Spitfire blind flying panel for either the MkIX Spitfire or earlier versions. Requires 3D printed parts and a small number of hardware parts. Compatible with the AuthentiKit instrument panel mounting system or simply hang it on your wall !

As a 3D print work of art there are some ingenious tricks here. I am definitely going to build one (or two) after I finish my P-51 throttle and pedestal. I want you to realize that you are solely responsible for sending me down this 3D rabbit hole and whatever becomes of me now is your fault d;-)

Brilliant, one thing should the hands on the Altimeter not be set at 1113 ft as per the figures in the cut out of the Altimeter... ? Instead of the way you fixed them. Forgive me if I am wrong. It's a fantastic thing for both a wall hanging and actual cockpit build. 😎👍👏👏👏👏maybe it's time for me to get a 3d printer .. cheers bud

I've had a little side project (not far progressed) of building some P51 instruments driven by the micro steppers from automobile dash displays. I had the code working with DCS for RPM and boost. Would work nicely with some of these.

Cool stuff. It'll really come into it's own if it can be made functional though, like that guy does with his A10 simulator cockpit. Then again, if you're in VR, there's not much point.

Just realised that my comment is incorrect 're altimeter and hands setting, however the bank degree indicator should be the same o the artificial horizons bank indicator. For example if you show 3degree bank on the artificial horizon the bank indicator below the slip indicator should also be set to 3 degrees. Hope this makes sense 😎👍

You could be right on the second point, the first of course is an air pressure mmHg v. altitude thing. Also my guess is that 3 actually means 30 though.
