nah it's when they're yelling abt how they're gonna beat each other in the game lol
This episode is basically ctf_2fort and plr_hightower, where you get unfairly punished by the playerbase for *trying to win the game.* To them, winning or capping isn't the point, they want to use the lack of timer to goof around and do F2P nonsense like taunting and being friendly.
But then on other maps where people actually win, they eventually vote to go to High Tower, and then votekick anyone who still wants to win.
AceTheOcarinaMaker was right, Hightower votekickers are the trash of TF2's community.
