    Your lawn is looking great. Sometimes I wonder about all this stuff we are doing meaning myself also. I know a guy everyone does. He is like a tru-green but a notch better. He charges $30.00 a month = $360 per year for his service no contracts totally organic. I work in neighborhoods that you can just point to all the lawns he sprays and huge HOA properties. Dark dark green and 0 % weeds and those lawns are already glowing. No soil test no multiple products none of that stuff. Sometimes I scratch my head as I apply just as you and then some probably. I am always up for the challenge when it comes to lawns but when I look at his I must say he has some special magic sauce. Love my Green County products but..... I dont know sometimes. Anyway loving your turf keep up the vids.

Because of my overhead expenses of clients products I am truly thinking next year I might just use him instead. I will see if I can figure out a sneaky way to get that info.

    My soil test came back and being in Portland Or area my results are about the same. Low Potassium, Sulfur, and Magnesium. High Phosphorus and Optimal on pH. Might pickup the same 2 products. • @SuperTA329

    First, Your yard is looking great. I like your approach and I'm also high in phos, so zero phose for me. My K is much lower than I had expected so I went with a 2-0-20 that I will put down monthly. Not really sure how fast or slow the levels will come up though just using that along with other ferts with K. My PH is approaching the high end so I'm going to use Ammonium Sulfate 21-0-0 along with some citric acid. I may decide to do another soil test in June since I have known idea how much the soil really needs. I look forward to seeing your results of your next soil test. 👍🏼

    Lawn is looking great! Thanks for your videos, I live north of Seattle and always have an eye on what you are up to. It also seems we have similar soil test results. I’m in desperate need of Potassium, but I am looking to overseed this upcoming week since I have a bare & thinning spots. I was gonna do the Green County seed starter pack. Certainly it has some K but wondering if you recommend adding the 0-0-48 later after the scheduled applications or wait until the Fall? Cheers!

    • @PacificNorthwestLawns
      @PacificNorthwestLawns  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The starter pack is certainly a great start however when you measure out liquid vs granular when it comes to pounds on the ground sometimes you have to compensate with a granular. I put a full pound of K on the ground with the SOP in this one application. You're just not gonna get that much from the GCF stuff. It all really depends on how much you actually need. You can certainly add the 0-0-48. I'd probably do it sometime before the summer. It's great with helping with heat stress.
