I don't like that Sleep Token does everything. Jack of all trades, masters of none.
When Darko US blends shit together, it's like disgustingly heavy metal meets sickeningly sweet electro pop meets these crazy, super dancy beats.
Like, they do every element really well, the way I don't think Sleep Token does.
So when I say these guys are STILL underrated, that's the level they should be at.
But it takes someone open to a lot of weird and obscure music and ideas to really appreciate this band.
They're not built for mainstream success the way Sleep Token is clearly manufactured for it.
