As usual great work! Baltic birch is my favorite material to work with and it actually stains nicely. FYI, Baltic birch is made in Russia so it's not really available anymore but Europly is the same thing and available throughout North America. And yes it's an amazing plywood, I use it for drawers in 10 million dollar houses. The edges are void free and look great. It's also made with waterproof glue so it won't de-lam if it gets wet.
