Great information thank you, I married my wife who is from the Philippines I moved here to be with her until her I-130 is approved been here since November last year we bought a house together here in Philippines. Our plan is to rent the house out when she is able to come back to usa with me, we applied for I-130 in January 2022 and still waiting.
I contacted my congressmen and they are helping me speed up the process hopefully

Hi Jim! I think you should keep that 1 star review on your website. It makes it look legit. Clients don’t trust reviews that are all 5 stars, it’s not realistic. In fact, you should leave your response under that review. That will show that you have good customer service. Thank you for your show and all the good work you do!

Every country has good and bad!! If you love rules structure and strictness go to Japan.. It’s funny no other country is penetrated by so many people than the US… why? Because you can earn money a lot easier in the US than a lot of other countries..

Hi again! As you have mentioned before the immigration office was previously named NIS and was managed by the the judicial system in USA, therefor immigration requests were viewed as civil matters but since the office turned into USCIS and is now under supervision of the homeland security as you mentioned before, apparently the immigration requests are viewed as potential criminal cases. What is inseen here is the benefit the immigrants always have for the economy of the hosting country.

My girlfriend in Thailand has an appointment to get a tourist visa to come meet my family etc. I'm planning to move to Thailand and retire there January 1. In the application we plan to be 100% honest and say she's coming to visit, meet family, and then we are flying to Thailand. We have no intention to get married or stay in the US.
    Dumb idea?
Should we just scrap the idea of her visiting the US until we get married, if we ever decide to get married?

Sir, I'm sincerely requesting you to spend some of your precious time on reading this.
I'm a Bangladeshi citizen. I have a daughter who's currently 16 years old. I remarried when she was 6 years old. My current husband's son (my step son) wants to petition for me and my husband. He's a by born US citizen who's over 21 years of age. I wanted to know if my underage daughter will automatically get visa under mine? Since she's still under 21, we are hesitant to leave her here if the immigration doesn't give her US visa. She doesn't have any guardians other than her parents (me and my husband) So I want to know in what ways she get visa along with us so that we can move to the USA at the same time? We are urgently in need of correct and helpful informations. So some of your advices would be more than enough to help us and specially my underage daughter to get a better future in the United States of America. I, hereby look forward to your cooperation.

I am an American citizen filed a I-130 petition for my spouse. I have a question about marriage evidence that USCIS requested (the original marriage certificate in the foreign language).
My name in the original marriage certificate was written as the ID of that foreign country (full name) but in the translation was written as my US passport (short form).
I do have my birth certificate with the full name.
    Is that OK ?
    Thank you.

So after nearly 3 years of waiting they finally made my wife’s case documentarily qualified for our IR1 spousal visa application and then sat on case until this month to expedite it and send it to Manila US embassy and we had to schedule the appointment ourselves contrary to what nvc CEAC says that “nvc will schedule the interview” my question is what does it mean when the case is documentarily qualified and that they expedited the case and sent it to the embassy finally

What I find ultra shocking is how racist and discriminatory the american immigration laws are!
How is it even legal to ask questions like do you have a physical handicap or mental disorder which is in the same basket as drug addiction and other diseases?
    How is this even acceptable?
Religion is a choice, being a drug addict is a choice, being an alcoholic is a choice... but being handicapped or having mental disorders for God's sake isn't a choice!
It's like saying to people with mental disorders that it's a choice that you have consciously made to be mentally ill and we deem you dangerous for society and will be penalizing you by forbidding you to enter the US! Like are you serious??
Why has no one sued them yet for such a discriminatory law in the Human Rights courts?
Could you make a video on this topic
