I used to live in Miami - Dade County. I loved it down there, except the traffic and the cost of living. I wish I wouldnt of watched this I am so hungry now😂. Love the food.
I was looking at the rent down there. If you're not buying a home cash, I don't see how someone could make it down there. I make around $27.48 an hr and I couldn't afford it. The rent for 1-2 bedroom houses or apartments were listing for $2,000 and that was pretty much the minimum. There's no way I could afford that. I'd have to get 2 or 3 roommates just to make it and most roommates leave you hanging out of nowhere at some point when the time comes to pay rent and utilities. You can't trust anyone these days, roommates least of all.
I love Miami. I own a place in South Beach ,Ocean Drive, Best investment of my life. I will definitely be doing some of what you recommended . Maybe Flyboarding or Mural Painting ...
Didn’t realize there was that much to do in Miami! How long before they paint over the rainbow lifeguard stand?!!! Hope it’s considered art and will remain! Great video ❤

Driving unfortunately is probably the easiest way to see the city (and greater area), but I know they have a pretty solid bus system and I think rail too. Not sure where you’ll be staying, but we’d always say to focus on one area at a time, whether you Uber or bus (or walk/bike). We biked when in Miami Beach and ubered a bunch after parking in one place. The parking is pretty terrible and I just wish they had a subway haha. Sorry we couldn’t be more help.
Love that the gondolas are climate controlled. So Florida. Love that artisy lighthouse and really what a beautiful city. OMG, ads on the water??? but those lifeguard towers make up for it.

We are used to traffic, but we were surprised at how bad it was. The food was amazing!

It was at the Miami Zoo. I am sure there are other places throughout the city too, but that's where we found it.

It really is. They put a lot of effort into making it look not just nice, but different. Can’t imagine mistaking it for another place !
