I'm getting destoyed every game. i used to be a decent player, used to always come 1st or second. Now Im bottom every game. i'm up against guys who get 90 kills and 2 deaths. Every game is the same. Don;t matter if I get destroyed every game.
I hope X-defiant arrives soon. The combination of SBMM and team balancing when playing solo in COD as it is today is insufferable. I only have Cold war installed (I uninstalled MW2 and refuse to buy MW3), to me it is the least horrible COD in the last 5 releases. The SBMM is still harsh and I am always on the mouth-breathing, drooling in their laps team and attempting to carry an entire team that is going negative while I go 50+ and 5-10 deaths in TDM and still losing. Conversely if I party with a few decent players we go against 1-2 good players that have to carry the rest and half the other team just leaves. Neither is fun. SBMM has destroyed this game, especially when coupled with the team balancing when parties exist. A mercenary mode (no parties) might help this, but only to an extent.
worst thing about sbmm is having friends that are completely different skill level to you and you cant even play together because the lobbies are too hard for them and its not fun for them. why continue at that point if you cant even play with your friends

Its sad to see a franchise die that was once one of the best!
I luv watching these vids you guys supported a broken ass game and wonder why you’re getting destroyed the cod community is the real problem and cod will never go back to its glory days because of it for the first time ever I didn’t preorder and man it feels good keeping my mental health intact but you guys enjoy sweating 🥵😎
I had this with MW2022, the amount of work I put in to maintain a 1.6kd made me sick, I just stopped caring and did the weapons challenges, now im at 1.01 KD and cant win a game to save my life. I live in London but I haven't played a game in England since launch day, always central Europe in MW2022, I play DMZ sometimes and again, always central europe, I kill them all, havent completed a single DMZ mission in a year, so much killing, fuck MW3, so pleased I didnt buy it, dont blame you for uninstalling...
All they need to do is create ranked playlists for the sweaty try hards with all the SBMM baked in. Then turn that crap off for normal pub games. Watch the COD sales increase and player retention too

SBMM tuned this tightly is a major buzz kill. Basically regardless of how many hours you play this game, it will make sure that your k/d is around 1.0 and your win % is 1.00 or less. The discouraging part is that is doesn't really impact the player base otherwise they wouldn't be doing it. Or maybe some players are leaving but the ones that stay are paying them more money than ever :). Take a break, relax, and come back and shoot some bad guys :).
It sucks because nothing feels better than the gunplay (when not rigged or manipulated). I guess bots on veteran is an option but not for full price. A shame
I hate that I'm paired with people in Europe when I live way the hell by Mexico. There's plenty of players in north America that I can get a good connection with, but I'm paired with 150+ ping servers and I asked why am I paired with Europeans who are waaay higher level than me. My friends don't want to play in my lobbies and I'm forced into a smurf account to let them have a fun experience. It's been like this since 2019 like you said. I end up playing mortal kombat because atleast high level players there would be chill and use characters you don't know
I'm from California and I always play people from Mexico. In the original MW2 this was never the case, I always played with people from cities around me.
Even it were a DLC it would be a shit one with it being so recycled on assets from MW2 and the campaign being trash clocking at 2-3 hours less if you count the cutscenes.
I have not got a problem with the game pitting me against good players…..I’m getting pissed off with my damage getting nerfed mid game my aim is getting nerfed to shit.When I aim feels like when you 2 magnets together the opposite way,Smg’s need buffing it’s AR’s or nothing 😮
I have so many complaints about this cod that I think it’s legitimately the first time I can actually mean when I say I quit playing. If this is how cod is going to continue from now and on in their future titles ruining the casual experience, man.. 10+ years of cod gaming ending too soon for me. I’m done. You dont suck at the game per say. You are very close to be good. However, why playing a rifle style a msg? Imo up your sensitivity, take a rifle like MCW and you will see the difference. SBMM pushed me to get as good as the sweats by... learning their technique
I like playing against sweats too as it is a fun challenge, but the issue is the SBMM is so tight that it's every game. So you never get a chance to just breathe and play relaxed. You have to always be on.

But I knew it was because I was just getting started and so I strived to get better so I could keep up. The majority of players are average and not sweats, so there's not a massive amount of training you have to do before you are able to keep up with most lobbies. I am open to the idea that I could be wrong, but I think something with the matchmaking has to give because it seems to be universally hated in the community. One thing that is especially bothersome for me with this one is that my friends all have different skill levels. I'm in the middle so I can hang with my sweatier friends but it's definitely a challenge and if I have a few beers I'm screwed. But one of my friends has a much lower K/D and he is constantly frustrated and rage quits when we're gaming. It's making it tough to just enjoy and play the game with my buddies. All this said, I actually really have been loving this COD. I don't know why the community is hating on it so much. The maps are classic and fun and I really enjoy the change of pace with the longer TTK.
I love SMG's but I know it's not ideal on a map like that. But I want to play with different fun guns and I had just unlocked that one in the Battle Pass. I already play on 9/9 so I don't think any higher would help. But thanks for taking the time to try to help.

nobody wants to have 3 losing matches in a row bro. in older cods you could have fun even if you suck ass cause you would have random matches but today if you play one match really well your next matches will be with guys that are wayy better than you and you will most of the time be their training dummy. idk how you find it fun getting your ass destroyed the whole time but for me it's boring and frustrating
I don't enjoy sweating in every match. I love competition but when every player I'm up against is that good it just makes me tired and the fun just goes.

Yeah the matchmaking loves to send you all over the world. I live in Sweden and my lobbies are all over Europe - and my ping with it.
