Buakaw is Thailand's Legend of Muay Thai. He used to be 2 times K1 world championship (years 2004 and 2006). He is 40 yrs old now but still fit and ready for fight. He has Muay Thai Gym and School where many foreigners come to Thailand for studying. He is a soldier and currently being a trainer for Muay Thai in Thai-USA Cobra Gold 2023 join annual Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTARF) and United States Pacific Command (USPACOM) co-sponsored multinational exercise conducted in the Kingdom of Thailand.

He’s not just really good. He’s one of Thailand’s finest who single handedly put Muay Thai on the map by fighting in K-1, the biggest and most prestigious kickboxing organization at the time, and beating some of the all time greats while also becoming a 2x K-1 Grand Prix Champion. The Grand Prix was a tournament that was held every year and was notorious not only because only the very best fought in it, but also because it was a DBZ style tournament where fighters would have multiple fights on the same night. Buakaw won the tournament twice. He is one of the greatest Muay Thai fighters of all times and some even consider him the greatest.
