      @@RyanHoustonflytying That was a lockdown comment, best ignored. I first came across the.hackle-stalk style in Poul Jorgenson’s book back in the ‘70’s. The Krabla Fly. He stressed you had to strip the stalk down to as fine a tip as possible to promote the delicate vibrations in the water. Do you think these flies might benefit from that? I suppose it would depend on how rough, or how quiet the water is?

      @@callumclark3358 think i tied the Krabla too, yes i think leaving a wee paddle on the end might help
