Honestly man, that livery NEEDS to be kept on the car. Updated/refreshed sure, extra stickers, purple somewhere, but it's gotta stay silver with the ASAHI font. It's too iconic to change.

Still coming back to this video, still hyped to see the Skyline in it's new form. The R32 GTS-T is my favourite car of all time, and the beer can Skyline is part of the reason why i love the R32s so much.
Japanese cars in general are just amazing, My cousin had a 2002 bug eye Subaru WRX that sat for two years behind his house under giant pine trees. All the thing needed has a quick boost from my battery pack and if fired right up like we parked it yesterday, and the winters here in the mountains of Maine are harsh and it sat through two of them.

When I was 17 I done a road trip up to brisbane QLD from Newcastle NSW and bought a silver R32 Gtst i raced every car I could find on the way home and loved that car. I've owned 6x 32's since then and can't get enough of them!

I've always drawn a reference to the livery, like when I saw it the first time I thought "man I swear I've seen that before", straight up didn't make the connection with Asahi beer until this vid.
Keep the Livery, it's iconic like a Marlboro livery, mixed with an original like Hoonigan. Symbolic of Australian and Japanese drifting culture colliding.

Don't blame him for wanting to change the livery. Change is good, evolving a car is what they're for. Hopefully there's a similarity to the old livery, however i want it to be drastic.

I'll be honest, I haven't watched many of Alexi's videos in the last year or so, but this recovery/road-trip adventure has brought me back, it was great! I had my fingers crossed when he hit the key after the car sitting for so long.

I've been in love with this car since the original purchase, back when you put that sticker on the windshield. This made my day like you wouldn't believe! I'm so excited to see it getting fixed to be driven again. Don't think I've ever seen a car and driver made for each other so well. I'm excited to see the R32 get some love, but I almost had a heart attack when you said this is probably the last time we'll see that livery. I think it's one of the most genius and iconic liveries out there, but it is your car so do what makes YOU happy. Whatever you do, I can't wait to see!
