Actually looks decent - they need to work on the realism on the mechanics such as the recovery/ crossover steps

It's crazy that in 2024 the tennis games have made so little progress. This and topspin are garbage
player animations and resembalnce is much better then topspin imho and the game seems faster which is good i guess
the faces of the players are better compared to topspin but that's where the pros end tbh. After playing both, tiebreak's gameplay is absolutely horrendous and the ball physics are off too - whereas topspin's gameplay is just better in every sense hands down. If only both teams could collaborate to make one tennis game - with a mix of tiebreak's player models and topspin's gameplay. But between them I'd choose topspin all day, I say this even tho I've been shitting on topspin since release lol but its cos 2k can do better, but yeah aside from player models tiebreak is bad.
2024 and those crowd noise are so bad, like they’re randomly programmed to go off every return & few random shots per rally.
All the character models look amazing and accurate except for Del Potro, I dunno what they did with his face. The court, the ball and net physics needed a lot of work, also the off ball movements needed to be more fluid and the out of reach shots look really bad, this feels more like a game that was in the development phase but they launched it anyway. Still 10x better than AO Tennis, Matchpoint & Tennis World Tour, those were some of the shittiest sports games that I've ever played, and I've been playing all sorts of sports games since the PS2 came out, with TS 3 & 4 and VT 3 & 4 still being my most favourite games ever.
Not perfect, but this game is such a good step into the right direction. The visuals and everything is amazing. They just need some more development time to improve on the movement and shot making, and this game would be perfect to play.
The movement on the players is really bad, but it has potential , hopefully it'll get better.

@@TeriyakiDior Traded in my Topspin 252k for this . I have to wait a week for it . But looks 10 times better than TS . Already had ferderer vs Nadal. Already better and the gameplay looks stunning . The update to TS was syhte and I was frustrated with the physics of the ball I was BS. Can,t wait .. but I can with all the stunning visual s and gameplay a REAL tennis game !

Pretty decent better than top spin but Movement needs work, no where close to tennis elbow in terms of physics and player animations, sure they will work on it
