- It has been difficult to keep my newest procurement a secret. After my 1950 remodel in California, I was ready for a larger more difficult project. This 1910 Historic Home in disrepair is exactly what I wanted.

What a beautiful historical home! So glad your saving it! They don’t make them like this anymore.
You know, she is going to be your cat now Lol ;)
Very true
Will be so pretty, love it.Have fun redoing it good luck.
I'm excited for what is about to happen.
I love your new baby, can’t wait to see what you do with it! 🌸
New videos are posted. Almost at the finish line.
Love this! Can’t wait to see this as you go! Love the cottage too...oh and the sweet kitty
Beautiful house! Should be amazing when you're done!
Sweet kitty! If it doesn't have a home, I think you will have a kitty!
Amazing. It's going to be beautiful once you've finished.
Love it! Wish you lots of luck! My son just bought a 1900's house and is going through the renovation process! Thank you for giving these old homes a second chance.
I wish him good luck. It is completely worth it in the end!
You have a lovely home! Good luck with your remodeling job!
Beautiful home. Hope you show it after work is done
I will!
The first bedroom you showed upstairs is actually the master, and the small room adjoined to it with access via the master is the nursery. I own a 1910 Victorian, and that’s exactly how mine is set up too. It was common to have a nursery off the master in Victorian homes.
Best of luck with your remodel. I can tell how excited you are to launch this project. If it is not too late, I would keep any original items you remove from the house (doors, lighting fixtures, etc) and store them for future owners. Those future owners may want to re-use them someday. I was very grateful that previous owners had saved doors and windows they had removed and I have restored some of them into my house.
I ended up keeping all the doors and windows. I found someone to restore them
No ooo! Keep those lovely doors! They belong in that house!
I don't discard any of the doors. The doors in the cottage needed replacing so I used them there
I have those doors in my house but they are stained. They are beautiful when restored.
I just found your channel and I am so happy I did!
Omgoodness! Another property! I'm so excited!
Oh yes
We just bought a 1912 up here in Canada. We gutted everything back to the studs this summer. I kept and stored all the trim, base board and old doors in the basement. I am hoping for R27 foam walls, R55 ceiling into the attic and R22 floors with mini split electric heating.
Good luck to you on your project! It takes a special person, to lovingly restore these beautiful historic homes.
HEAVEN! ❤️🇨🇦
And it comes with its own cat! ❤️🇨🇦
OMG I am so jealous this is going to be insane
Love it
SLAY QUEEN
Name the cat cuz she’s yours now.😀
You are right. His name is Shadow
good luck!
Thanks!
I am a big fan of the cat
Why are all your studs painted white, did you have mold? Just curious. Beautiful house 🏡
There was a fire when the previous owner lived in the residence. It is flame retardant paint for wood.
Would have been cool to see it before you started the demo
LOVE!
Yes! Can’t wait to follow the progress. Is this house in California as well?
I left California and now I am back on the East Coast
You need to adopt the kitty. Mark Twain famously said a house is not a home without a cat.
She's your cat now.
LOL you are right. Found out Shadow is a boy
Looks alot like a Sears Kit Home
Sears did have a lot of four square homes and I can see your reasoning. This house was not one of those homes.
@@toyadesigns7617 good on you
I just got my 1911 home going to fix and flip
