RUSAN adapter for HIKMICRO - improved version

Explanation about improved version of RUSAN adapter for HIKMICRO.
Pins now use just for positioning, no click-in into bayonet system.
Now there are not problems anymore with fixation or taking down the adapter from device,
with even more precision than before.
