Thanks for this I have to order a brand new one some water dripped on the wires and arched the board now the whole frame is frosted up funny thing is I smacked it and it got power for a bit and melted it off

ive worked in many differsnt niches of our trade. Supermarkets have the least support in terms of tech support, manufacturer documentation, hell theres rarely even a wiring diagram.😂 appreciate thw video man!
I’ve also had to replace multiple ones in frames of hill phoenix… any moisture and they are cooked. Great info you are sharing with the supermarket world!! Very few channels out there for our style of work 🤘🤘

If there wasn't so many instances of this I would believe that the neutral just came loose. Also the position of where the neutral was led me to my conclusion as well. it wasn't like just barely loose. it was like hanging in the Raceway just not even close to the terminal block. So your right it probably never worked. But part of the issue is it will take a monthish for the case to be iced up so bad the store actually cares enough to inform us. So these guys come in wiring this anti sweat system. Then without fail about a months or so later we get overwhelming amounts of calls for all of these cases and their anti sweats. It happens. Maybe he just used the bathroom and forgot to wire in the last two wires we all make mistakes. A least that my guess. But in reality I'll never know for sure 🤷
