    Learn Persian with Majid
Episode 9 of my learning Persian with movies is here for you. The lesson is at an intermediate level because it includes a number of Farsi idioms and slang. The clip is chosen from an Iranian comedy series called ''Zan Baba''. The conversation takes place between a couple in love who would like to marry, the girlfriend insists on getting married as soon as possible, the boy, however, needs more time.
There are some Persian slang and multiple Farsi street words and phrases. Some useful Farsi words and idioms you will learn in this lesson are as follows:
Radif boodan: to be ok/alright ردیف بودن
Halle: it is ok, it is done, no worries حله
dandoon ro jigar gozashtan: to be patient, to wait دندون رو جیگر گذاشتن
Here you go, please take note of the Farsi words and phrases and practice them later. Watch the film clip 2, 3 times after you learn the vocabulary, it will help you also improve your Persian listening. So, let's learn Persian with a film:
    Serie title: زن بابا

      'Dige' normally means anymore:
      I can't anymore : dige nemitoonam.
I don't love you anymore: dige dooset nadaaram.
However you need a negative sentence, here in the example the sentence is not negative, it is just an emphasis of being tired of the situation (Meaning i can't go on like this anymore)
