I wish you guys had more info in regards to scenting beeswax candles. I only make pure organic beeswax candles and do have some problems getting enough HT/CT from them. Can't wait to try these new scents!
I'm sold on Olive Leaf and Citron as well as Tulip Fields! You can easily push me to Coastal Cottage too if you help me brand it as a candle company based in a county on Lake Erie :)
We typically make new fragrance tester candles with 464 soy wax in the 4 oz jelly jars. Usually with a CD 8 or ECO 8 wick to start. The jars are a perfect size for this and you can get a really good sense of the throw of the candle without using a ton of wax!
Not related to any of these fragrances but I was wanting to get your opinion on what to blend with day at the spa, I think it’s called? I feel like it’s missing something. Not getting the throw like out of the bottle. Maybe it’s me lol 😆
It will really punch up the lemon note but I'd try blending Day at the Spa with Lemon Verbena. It can be a pretty overpowering scent though so I'd start with a 50/50 blend but you may want to adjust the ratio. Lemongrass and Lime could be another option along the same spa inspired vibe.
Which ones are diffuser base compatible? Of course, I'm buying them all to try. I just got the email and a lot of the discontinued ones were diffuser base compatible. Unfortunately my favorite suede and smoke was one of them. I havent even launched my diffusers and one is already limited edition due it discontinue😢.
The description says Côte d'Azur which is a signature Oribe scent that I've been DYING to get a dupe for. Is this a dupe for Oribe's Côte d'Azur??? It says in the description Côte d'Azur but you guys didn't mention Oribe so I'm curious.
It won't be a dupe but there are similar vibes for sure! They do share similar notes like marine, jasmine, and sandalwood, but they will not be a one-to-one match.
They both share a bit of spice for sure but I'd say they're very different scents over all! The Orange Peel note in Forest Chai is very light compared to the other and it is more of a woodsy fragrance. There is some spice of course but it does not pack the heat of Sweet Orange Sriracha.
Oh my goodness have they invented smell-o-vision yet?! This whole collection sounds like a summery daydream! Can't wait to try them!
I WISH! It would make things so much easier 😂 I hope you love them though if you do try them out!

Not gonna lie, looking at the Forest Chai notes it scares me into thinking it’ll smell like the Sriracha & Orange FO
