You should pollish the welded regions
can you wield it once so it doesn't actually leak? just to see how it hydroforms then
water doesn't compress, so it eventually has to leak from somewhere, better water leaking from the ball than water breaking out from the pipes or the actual pressurizer.

This one is made from mild steel, a unpainted version would be better in stainless steel for rust resistance and attractive welds

@@birhon I don't think kicking a ball of sheet metal will be enough to break your foot, it's sheet metal, not a solid brick
How do you keep your shop so organized.
I try and put tools away in the drawers/cupboards after using them, and also tidy up before filming
By organising it I imagine 😝
Now fill it with concrete and take it to the park. "Hey, Bro. Can you kick the ball for me this way?"
Do you think you could do brazed seams rather than welded?
I don't have that much brazing experience, but if the seam has an equal or better strength/flexibility compared to the base metal then it should be fine

I would like to request that you take some of these contained water spheres & plunge them into liquid nitrogen. *** CAUTION*** Ice expands by 9% so the pressure on the sphere's will be massive when they undergo flash freezing. I would love to see ice forming & how the stresses manifest in the enclosed sphere.
You'd need a Dewar for containment; but other that you can get the Liquid Nitrogen where you get inert gasses for your TIG.
