died on my first attempt..... my fit was exactly like yours, only different was i had 322.7 dps. hardly a game changer? I was just getting smashed with dmg and my shield boost was simply not keeping up! why? am i doing something wrong here? what do you do when that happens? just try burn the cache so u can enter next area or do you have to kill all in area before moving on? sorry im a noob to this abysal stuff... any help/advice would be much appreciated :)
I should think you've learned a lot more by now but if not watch Ace's "T1 to T6" series from the start, and try your hand at the "calm" type of filament first to get used to how things go / what can happen, in a bit of an easier setting. Yes - you do need to kill all in the area before the gate opens, and you're on the clock too!
Also, some encounters require you to use the javelin rockets to kite... Don't try to speed tank under 10km against a cruiser class ship, their tracking is too good.
javelin rockets give lower dps but more range and rage is the opposite, really you want to be using rage and get as close as possible to larger ships to keep transversal high and minimize incoming damage. The fit is great for T1's but there is zero neut resistance, so you will be neuted out in some T2 waves and die.
You'll probably struggle getting into T3 with this fit, it just doesn't have a great tank capacity as a kiting ship. But the upgrades available here are getting faction modules on all your mid and high slots. However, the diminishing returns for price/value is pretty high. You're halfway to a Gila and running T4 abyssals.
@@lifeinthefoyer8687 I am doing T4 gila and I am getting cca 15-25mil per run, 15-18 min long( that is 5-15 mil per run after expenses). I am doing t1 in Hawk, 10-15mil per run, 3-6min per run with 9-14 mil after expenses. And you are telling us that t3( which is paying little bit less then three times t1) "does not have great price/value ratio"?
@@sureno1833 the post was asking if it's worth fitting the frigate for solo t3 and I was telling them it's not worth it to put a frigate in that scenario
i trained all skills but there isnt enought cpu for the fit what did i do wrong ? because before i died it worked but know when i bought new it says not enough CPU
You die. 😬 The Starving Damavik/Vedmark room is death to your cap followed by your ship, I could kill two out of the three ... then boom.💥 OR you could try orbiting at 20km and using Javelin, slow, but should avoid Neuts and webs. 🤔(depending on the range you have for them).
I mentioned this last week love the hawk, cheap aswell.

How well did this fit handle the Exotic filament?
Nice a cheap fit. I will definitely try this one.
did something change? Have power management V and I'm -1.1 on power grid for your build.
Maybe your advanced weapons upgrade skill is not maxed?
@@Aceyface I got the same 1.1 with adv wep upg 5, downgraded AB to make it fit. Thanks for the videos btw :D
Great video. How do we get a copy of the fit ,,, if we can do that?
I posted in description :)
ID love to know the skill requirements / priority to get that dmg. i have same build but my dmg with scourge javelin rocket is like 169
That figure is about normal, they do that lower damage. Figure shown is with rages.

I played this in 6-7 t1 darks. Was fine no sweat never at risk. If we wanted to up this to a t3 ship where would we apply the upgrades?

You lost your implants when u died
You probably need a CPU implant. All my builds, for example, require a 3% CPU implant.
What happens if you encounter neuts on a hawk?
