INGREDIENTS
29 oz can of sweet potatoes (drained)
1 large egg
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Topping
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar
3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
In the video, I said 2 Tbsp, but it should be 3 Tbsp flour
1/4 cup chopped pecans
2 cups mini marshmallows (optional)
