thank you for showing us the planner and how you use it. I know alot of people use those planners for budgeting but I haven't seen a lot of people go through it and show how they do it.
I have never sat down and did this. I just followed along with you and see what is happening. I am way to close to my budget. My gym membership s $160 a month. I struggle bc I could take it down but it is good for me to go to a gym. I have tried to do things on my own and it doesn't work. This is really hard and emotional. I cannot thank you enough for this blessing and your patience and your transparency.
I'm definitely doing this next month I don't have much to pay out but I found I over spend a lot on junk I don't need and it's getting me in trouble! So need to sort it out!
April Henry I actually don’t pay any of the bills using the app. I just log on to print documents, check due dates, check bill amounts, look at other info, etc.

Rachael Morris yes, we’re saving currently but will resume paying off student loans in the new year. If you’re in debt attack mode, then you’re definitely doing it right 🤣
Maybe it’s just me but I guess seeing the process is nice but I feel like it’s hard to relate etc when like our area apts loving is 3times as much even just for a 1br. We live outside the city and still even for a not so nice 1br apt, the least you pay is mayb $950/1k.
kristinadenise2011 The amounts in the budget are irrelevant - no two people will have the same. Who cares if her rent is less, maybe you don’t have student loans, maybe your food costs are less. This isn’t about trying to find someone who is the same as you, its about showing how someone budgets. Not everyone in the world has to be the same as you to relate. I can watch this and think, damn, she wasting money on training, toilettries, donations. But no, I think its interesting how people move their money to make it work for them. Don’t look for a carbon copy of yourself.

You stated you have an app for every bill. There is an app called Prism that I use that you can link all you bills to an pay from within the app.
