Using S-Parameter Files and Setting up Basic TDR Measurements

    In this video, we’ll look at two ways to take TDR measurements. First, we’ll use a transient simulation to manually run a TDR by calculating impedance, then we’ll use the powerful TDR front panel to use S-Parameter data to automatically run the measurement. The S-Parameter data will be generated from a string of SnP blocks using real measured data.

    ADS got rid of the S1P making it impossible to view my antenna measurements. Maddening!

    a s4p or s2p example measurement file might be helpful. I really want to go throught the whole process. Thank you for this nice presentation!

      If you browse online, you will likely be able to find a .s4p or .s2p file available from chip manufacturers

    Hi Could ypou attach the .ds files would be useful for people to follow through the presentation. Great tool to allow automatic TDR.
