I've been there and the Piazza San Marco is just beautiful when all the people are doing the normal day-to-day things. It's sad to see it empty but it soon will be active and busy with people going to different shops and whatnot. I hope to be able to visit Venice once more again.

Vidi Venezia per la prima volta il 15 novembre del 1976, ero un bambino e mi piacque tantissimo, rimasi stregato per anni dal suo fascino. Mai avrei potuto pensare che 44 anni dopo puno dei migliori cantanti italiani, potesse usare una Piazza San Marco deserta, a causa di un nemico invisibile, per farci una clip. Strana la vita, ma davvero sempre e comunque bella.
