    In PA you can drive any 50cc bike with an automatic transmission with a regular drivers license. The bike does NOT need to be restricted.

      Yes but riding a motorbike is not like driving a car, plus in England the bike needs to be restricted so 16 year olds can ride it, but I don’t know hat it’s like for you

    I have a 2020 Primavera and it is great, but the saddle angle is not right, at least for me. Even in Robot’s video here, it has a downward look to it. Am I the only one having an issue with that? Is there anything I can do, short of trading in my 76 y.o. Derrière?

    In Maryland, only a regular driver’s license is necessary, however, this Vespa would need to be registered.

    Hey! I have a 2008 Benelli Andretti M50. 2 stroke. I think it has a Mineralli motor? It will start and idek for a while. Rev up to a certain rpm then cut out and wont idle and wont start unless you let it sit. There is a open area in the airbox with nothing attached to it. Is there anywhere I can get parts for this bike? Thanks!

    • @tenders
      @tenders 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This scooter seems like quite a hassle to de-restrict. With some scooters like the Buddy 50 there's a washer in the exhaust which restricts its diameter, reducing power by limiting the amount of oxygen that can get through the engine. You can easily remove that, and allow the engine to breathe more freely. Piaggio seems to be a little more serious in restricting this one with an integral small-diameter tube.

    • @VespaMotorsport
      @VespaMotorsport  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You would need to purchase the muffler from the non-restricted 50cc. The headers are completely different.

    Meanwhile in Europe with a regular drivers license you can drive a 125cc, which is really what most people need and want a nice & comfortable 85 - 90km/h

    • @corfuvespatoursrental5206

      Not everywhere in Europe the most country they want an extra exam

      @addeade231 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      In Sweden you can only drive 50cc with a regular drivers license, and three wheeled scooters that are more powerful. It is mostly in Southern Europe where you can drive 125cc on a regular drivers license.

      @@corfuvespatoursrental5206 it is very unfortunate. In some countries I think they make a good compromise - that you can drive 125cc but not on the highway, like in Italy.

    • @VespaMotorsport
      @VespaMotorsport  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The 50cc might be a little sluggish with 2 people. It would work on surface streets but would probably be a bit slow on any hills etc. 150 would be a better bet for the small frame Vespas...
