Also, I’ve got suggestion for your park. You should add a flat ride that is in between the two themes and add water to it to make it like a water flat Ride that gets you wet or something it also toys into the waterpark
That was a great review of staffing. It really does need some tweaking/revamping/fixes. I had no issues in Planet Zoo with staffing. I could easily set things up and not have any issues with coverage. If a shop went unattended, it was for a very brief time. It seems the employees better anticipated where they needed to be. As a vendor got "tired" (which we don't really have in PC), the replacement typically showed up and they swapped on the spot with no waiting. With PlanCo, I have gone through the very tedious process of setting up schedules. I assigned the staff to specific shops/rides, avoided overlap with breaks, and then hired additional staff to cover the specific breaks. With the extra/back-up staff, I did not assign them back to back coverage. I would assign them to cover a specific break, then give then an hour of free roaming (or their own break), before assigning them to cover another specific break. It did no good. the extra staff wondered all over the place and it was rare for them to show up on time to cover the other employee's break. Despite all of this, I am still getting a ton of rides and shops unattended. Additionally, with the extra/roaming staff, they constantly complain of wanting longer shifts. What I did not do was focus on or set up zones, so I will take your excellent advice on this and see how that goes. Hopefully that will keep them close to their assigned shops/rides.
bro I have a bad distributor, I drop mechanics by it and I'm still not able to fix it. It says "no free roaming mechanics available". Super frustrating

If you create a big food court, it can be good to create a janitor work zone for the food court.
I hope this video helps whoever needs it.
