The site dimension looks bigger. Not sure it is really 30 x 40. because with car parking, the house looks really spacious. it is difficult in 30 x 40 dimension. if we see the site in place, then we get to know.
MISSLEADING VIDEO: When you promote and claim its just 45 lakhs house, tell or ask the builder in detail if the interior and other add-ons are included. I am 100% sure that no one can complete this house (2500 to 2800sqft) with that budget including those luxury looking interiors. Only the labour cost including interiors will come up to 18 to 20 lakhs.

smart marble or tile per sqft 120/ to 145 rs ,,, and other tiles and labour it will cost arrount 5.to 6lakh ,
