    Cooking instructions
    I smoked my ribs at 250 degrees for 3 hours. Then I wrapped them with foil and cranked the grill to 300 degrees, I unwrapped after 1 hour and sauced. After I sauced them I placed them back on the grill for an additional 5 min. This was the sauce sets nicely. Grill help the temp the whole time.

    Just made my first pair of ribs ever tonight!! Had to use the grill cause i dont have a smoker, but they were amazing! Apart from the bone side of the meat being overcooked the meat side was perfect and it was realllllly good. Made some corn on the cob and some mac and cheese on the side and ill definitely be making them more than a couple times this summer. i love your vids, keep teaching noobs like me the way!

    Sauce hides imperfections. We never sauce our ribs out here in STL we put the sauce on the side.

    Great smoking technique and video. Well appreciated.
    But, Z Grills are a nightmare. Control panel issues, customer service issues and I was always being asked to troubleshoot issues instead of enjoying smoking meats on my weekend off.h

    Doesn't compare to charcoal, but the ease of use is admirable.

      Smoking has much more smoke and tender flavor. If you want to shine just the meat flavor use charcoal.
