I am currently working through some severe emotional trauma and am having trouble falling asleep. ASMR Darling is the only ASMR channel I watch and I’ve personally benefited immensely from ASMR. She does state that ASMR is not intended for medical treatment but I do believe it is extremely effective when used in conjunction with other treatments both FDA approved and holistic. If you can find something that is safe and helpful, that’s all that matters . I’m so very grateful for ASMR Darling and hope she knows just how much of a difference she is making for us here .
