    Hello Hector, I just viewed several very informative videos from you, and saw that you had offered "shortcuts menu" for QBO AT 25$ or annual membership of 20$ (back in 2020). I am a Bookkeeper in Canada and wondering if these shortcuts would be also be useful for Canadian users? If yes, then could you please include the sign up link for the yearly membership? Thank you. BTW, your QBO videos are the #1 most informative among all others.

    Do you have a QB online video on putting personal finances along with business finances? Organizing, sorting classes for that. OR do you suggest not doing that. Thanks!

    Excellent video and exactly what I was looking for 🤗Thank you! You explained everything really well and in the detail that I needed. Also the comparison sheet is amazing. 😁

    First and foremost you are amazing. I have used your videos in so many situations to make work easier and life better for my coworkers and me. Especially using the V-look up to update pricing, which I had to do multiple times since the pandemic started due to increasing costs. For one manufacture 3x in a year with over 1,000 items! I do have a question. My company is looking for a way to forecast inventory for an item based off "Estimates" within QB. We have a very high rate of Estimates turning into orders. We need a way to forecast how many items we may need within a 12 month period so we know how many of a specific proprietary item we make that imports from overseas. Is there any way to do that? Or do you know of an integration we should look into? Any help you can provide would be wonderful!

      There are no built-in tools that can do this

    Hi, how can we add size and color options for a product.
    Ex. Shirt - S,M,L,XL

    • @HectorGarciaCPA
      @HectorGarciaCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not possible to have product matrixes.. each size/color combination needs to be its own item

    I am new to Quickbooks Online. I need to allocate a portion of an employee to production. Can you explain how to make that adjustment?

    • @HectorGarciaCPA
      @HectorGarciaCPA  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      What does “production” mean?

    • @erikcullen127
      @erikcullen127 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@HectorGarciaCPA We manufacture. The percentage of an employee's time related to production is deductible. The percentage of their time related to administrative tasks is not. I need to split each employees time, per payroll, into production and admin.

      @@erikcullen127 QB Online does not support manufacturing. You need to look at Premier or Enterprise. If you want to stay in QB Online, look at SOS inventory
