Happened to me too, though I wasn't ghosted, the girl even tried to get back with me but I couldn't handle what she did. I remember being completely broken for a good couple of days after that. Took me over 5 years to fully process it and I can give you this - it is NOT because you are not worthy of love or you are a loser or whatever. You DESERVE love and respect. You are not the problem, she and her lack of respect for you are. I wish you all the best and I hope you won't be dumb like me and blame it on yourself. Stay strong.

The only thing you can do that is good for yourself is to move on, and let time heal the wounds. There is nothing good that could come from being around people that don't respect you and treat you right. Wish you the best my friend
