Ignore the politics comments. Every major city has this. I live in the capital city of a very red state and it’s west Washington ave for us. As always, if you're not from Seattle, this isn't what the whole city looks like. About 2.5 miles away are $5-10M houses in The Highlands, and just to the west about a mile or so are all of the expensive view homes on the other side of Greenwood. So.....

How much do you think the average OF model makes? If it was more lucrative they would be doing that instead. This idea that these models make bank is crazy when most are lucky to make hundreds a month. You just see a very very very small percentage raking in the millions.
