Love it hiten and your series.... always been inspired with pop fiction and tv series especially West wing, suits, mad men, house, newsroom and boston legal and found moments that easily connects to how we go-to-market in software world and wanted to do something like this.. i am going to swipe your execution someday... let me know how you are able to pull these video clips!!! Are these youtube clips? are we legally allowed? Thank you!!!

4:01 i used to negotiate first contracts for labor unions and the experience is pretty similar. you spend a year calling the boss a tyrant who exploits his/her workers, the employer hires an anti-union law firm to disseminate boilerplate flyers about how unions are third party parasites that want to steal your hard earned money by collecting dues, etc. and then the day you wrap up negotiations on the first collective bargaining agreement you find yourself shaking hands with the company bosses and collegially arranging to set up a union contract orientation for the workers and figuring out which nights work for whom to set up the labor-management committee, etc. it's kind of jarring, but also restores a feeling of mutual humanity. everyone basically recognizes that you'll all be working together going forward so you might as well try to be decent to each other on an interpersonal level.
