*this and sf model is good only for city & intercity rides, definitely not for long highway rides as its insanely under powered hardly reaches 120kmph, while R15, KTMS overtakes your bike in seconds , i have sf model 2019*

Old gixxer looks way better n sporty dan new one...suzuki should continue old gixxer wid small modification by removing long tail n keep tiny tail...now it looks horrible when you ride...

The 160 4V would be a bit more powerful, but the Gixxer would be smoother. Also the parts, service and after sales support is pretty bad for TVS in quite a few places. You would have to check in your city for the service quality. But in general you would have a better time with the Gixxer in my opinion.

This is a praise, not a review, I can understand as this review business has now become a channel for manufacturers to advertise.
This bike is overrated, compared to Bajaj, TVS etc who now a days are giving great value for money and quality is higher than Japanese manufacturers. Gixxer has so many ergonomic issues(all style, at the cost of real substance), like 1. wrist pain due to sweating posture-handle bar. 2. Poor mudguard splashes all mud on to your feet and engine. 3. Million seat is so high, some people will need a step ladder 4. Kicker needs u to retract footpegs. Quality issues: Poor switch gear, I now have to replace the key set as engine goes off while running. The seat lock is already broken. Other issues I face are hard gear shifts, and I never felt much confident beyond 85-90 kmph, stability wise and braking also doesn't give that much confidence like Pulsars. I had Pulsar 150 before, and never had any issue for 5 years before I sold it. This one just completed 14K kms, and so many repairs already due.
You comparing Gixxer's Stability to pulsar 150 . This bike has endurance races. I have to agree on one thing gear shifts are hard . I own one .last week I went to gurugram and there was an empty flyover I was riding Gixxer at 124kmph and came a so curvy loop . I was so damn confident that could lean it even more but footpegs are not that rear set.
@@techuser7261 I am talking about straight line stability and ease, the bike becomes straight the moment it starts moving, Pulsar is something of its own league. Certainly the leaning angle of Gixxer is better but how often do you want pull off a stunt. The below video shows, that is possible only with Pulsar.
