Masala layer Brinjal Fry in banana Leaf

Coriander Powder (धनिया पाऊडर) - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाऊडर) - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste (लहसून अद्रक पेस्ट)- 1 tbsp
Black paper Powder (कालिमिर्च पाऊडर) - 1 tsp
Curd (दही) - 3 tbsp
Oil (तेल) - 2 tbsp
Salt (नमक) - as per taste (स्वादनुसार)
Curry leave (करी पत्ता) - 7-8
