Ah! We call this broken telephone where I’m from. I usually use it in my classroom with flash cards. The kids make a line. I whisper something to the student at the back, and the message travels all the way to the front. The student at the front has to pick up the associated flash card (the flash cards are laying on the floor in front of the students).
Students are making whispers and the last persons stands up and write it down on the board. It looks good for the study materials somehow. At the end of the scene, both students ran up and write on the sentence on the board.
I have applicated the game to study vocabulary which relates any material at school. I have 30 student and I divide into 5 groups. The game make them curious, concentrate, compete, and fun. I just give many words not sentntences for every group. I think whisper game is effective way to study English
0:35 'Get the students to whisper the sentence to the person next to him' .. Him? 'Them' = the better pronoun to use! 'Get the students to whisper the sentence to the person (sitting) next to them' .

Nice game and the students are well behaved.
I think they have some not-so-cute students, they just hide them when they make the videos. These ones are just awesome ;)
