Stop Trusting Individuals Without Solutions
The former Leader of the Opposition, Prof. Morris Ogenga Latigo, says he is not bothered by the angry reactions from supporters of Dr. Kizza Besigye and Robert Kyagulanyi following his recent comments on opposition party leaders. Prof. Ogenga warned Ugandans against supporting Bobi Wine and Dr. Besigye, stating that they have no clear alternative policies addressing the problems facing the country.

In the article, he warned Ugandans to avoid following leaders who do not offer clear alternative solutions to the country's problems.
He calls for leaders to embrace dialogue to save the country from political turmoil.
On the recent bill that seeks to amend the Administration of Parliament Act, he cautioned that electing the Leader of the Opposition is contrary to Commonwealth practices.
Last week, Mityana South MP Richard Lumu took leave from Parliament to introduce a private member's bill that seeks to amend the Administration of Parliament Act. Lumu is optimistic that the bill will be ready for tabling before the House in two weeks.
