mud pots or bottle are best in summer ,in
our childhood n even now also we use in
many houses. scientifically proved in this water is good for health n for many problems its a healing process. As we say" old is gold"
SEASONING:
fill water in bottle n dip bottle in a bucket
or any untensil for 2 day ,Daily change water
scrub upper side of bottle with soft material not with steel scrubber to clean mud on bottle .
After 2 days you can use immediately .
BENEFITS :
in this water is very tasty than other plastic
bottle, n it increases your metabolism. this water gives healing for gastric problem n as mother n grandmother use to say don't drink
water immediately as we come home from
Sun but in mud pots or bottles we can drink
bcoz it maintance the climate control process
that's why no harm for us .this water has ph balance n no harm for throat also. even we can drink in cold n cough situation.
CLEANING:
clean pot or bottle with little warm water
After every 3 day .don't use any liquid n detergents .don't use stored water more than
3 days. Change clean n fill again . if you are not
using let the bottle dry in sun then keep inside.
