Thank you so much for the video! What do you do with a horse who is heavy in the bosal due to holding the rein instead of bumping it? I accept full responsibility, I'm just trying to fix it 😅
Do your horses mature faster? Or do you just give them some basics and turn them away? In the UK it’s only TBs that are ridden at 2, by very light people usually training to race. It’s accepted but really, no one else would dream of sitting on a 2 yo. I really enjoy your videos and have found them really useful but I just wonder about riding them so young?
Sorry it's been a while since I've posted, both of the computers in the house crashed. I'm sure there's a way to do it on my phone, but I'm no tech guy lol
@@_thenaturalhorseman No worries! I am grateful to have such quality videos from you and there’s plenty for me to review and look back on. I actually find that I’ll often notice more when I watch some thing a second or third time than I did initially. Yes, you can absolutely post using your phone. In the TH-cam app at the bottom, middle of the screen, there’s a + sign and if you click on it, you can record a new video or select one from your stored videos. It’s super easy.
Thaaaaaank you, Steve. I have been waiting for this and it was well worth it. This gives me better understanding and confidence. I knew not to hang on the bosal but this gave me good understanding about what to do. Is there anything you believe you can't get done in a snaffle that you can in the bosal or vice versa?
This one didn’t have to learn head down, she does this on her own when she’s relaxed. Lots of colts that I ride in fact find this on their own with relaxation and drive from the hindquarters. Great question
I do have one more of her that I posted just 3 weeks ago, and because she’s my personal horse, she only has 2 more rides on her since this one was posted, and being that she’s only 2 years old I don’t feel bad about not getting too many rides on her. th-cam.com/video/H0jSlGm0Y2c/w-d-xo.html
Thanks. Don’t recognize that breeding. You mentioned her as being a pleasure horse which is why I asked. I will keep watching as she is very nice. Thanks for your response
This videos awesome! And 7th ride? She looks like she's been doing this for years, very nicely done beautiful horse!
Excellent and informative ... those principles marry up with those underlying dressage. You have a good feel for a horse
Thank you, and how exciting that it relates to dressage 😳
So glad I found your channel! I am training my current 4 year old blue roan aqha. This helped so much! My boy is on his 5th ride and is doing so good.
I love hearing this! It’s so satisfying to bring a young one along, keep up the good work.
Good job Cowboy! Thanks for Video

Oooo, goodie...bitless video. I ride both my walker boys bitless. 😊
I love your channel.
Thank you so much!
Are you using your spurs? Using both legs to move forward.

Oh it’s my pleasure!! There will be more on this topic but I wanted to make sure to get some of the most important information out there.
What about that low head carriage is natural? How did 2 year old learn that?

Awsome stuff thank you.❤
She training to be a cutter? I like her name...she is pretty.
She’s training to be a reiner. Definitely a talented filly!
Hello. You say 2 year old. How many months is she? Thanks
31 months in this video.
Do you have a recent video on this filly
