One of the most sensible layouts I have seen. Especially the way the crew is completely separate from the guest areas. It makes so much more sense than other layouts that require guests to walk through the wheelhouse to get to their accommodations. Great design, beautifully executed, makes this yacht much more useful than other much larger yachts.
Beautiful ship, love the color scheme inside and out. I love, in theory, the idea of the slide out tv, but the fact that it cant rotate to make viewing easier for the whole saloon is unfortunate.
Just my thoughts about the music used in this video, it is not complementary to the boat or the quality of the cinematography. Please skip it for future videos. I find the walk troughs with Alex the most informative and entertaining. Since he has a professional calming voice and it always seems he has the cream of the crop listings ! Thank you for showing us these beautiful vessels that roam the ocean's.

Don't know what it is about Denison, but all the guys keep going on and on about "center line" you a door etc. On this yacht you said center line is seating at the front, it wasn't center line it was the whole bow end of the boat, then you say stairs are center line from the helm to downstairs, they were off to the left, so again not center line.
Beautiful boat...a leeeeetle disappointed with the salon and that bookcase/built-in. Soaks up too much light but if you have 4.5 million to spend on a yacht, I guess a light refit isn't out of your price range!

Agreed. The layout and design is really perfection. The only thing missing is a hot tub. But that is one beautiful boat.

Azimut, Pershing, Princess do that separation for their 80+ ft too and they all have a day head on the main deck

Nice boat. The design is so not like typical boats of this size. This is definitely an owner/operator size craft.
