Dual power source from Milwaukee is awesome!!! We need more of this, especially on future table saws.
Flex came out with their new dual power table saws they have an 8 and a 10 inch version
As a Milwaukee guy its good to see Dewalt stepping up and coming out with a good looking framing nailer instead of that flywheel crap they had going on.
I've had one for 5 years or so and it's not the best but I've shot allot of nails through it and it will shoot through oak which none of the others can do. But I agree been waiting for a new one.
I agree… that DeWALT is terrible. Here comes the nail… ready… ready. Ok the nail is shot… noise, noise…. almost done. Milwaukee is pretty heavy still so that’s one tool where air is often preferable but the rest of the Milwaukee nailers! WOW. That gen2 DeWALT still looked like a piece of crap, but big improvement from the old gun.
Are you deaf?
You can literally hear the flywheel in this one still. Lol
@@LawnCareMinimalist you don't have to wait until it ramps up. You can put it on sequential fire and bump fire it the same as any other gun. The sound just lets you know it's ready to shoot. As soon as you push it down it'll shoot. You don't have to wait for it to fully wind up.
@@davegordon6943you have to wait for the flywheel to shut up where the Milwaukee instantly fires with no half baked engineering at all. Both guns function but seems like using a corded drill in terms of user comfort (not quite on that level, just similar).
Cordless framers are too heavy for some applications but I’d switch brands based on nailer tech alone because all the other nailers aren’t on par either. DeWALT is also a great brand, but if the trade uses nailers, Milwaukee kind of owns that lane and generally red outperforms yellow in most tools (not all) and red is often willing to make trade focused tools and not be shy to innovate and out release the rest… Milwaukee is sometimes slow to release and sometimes leads the pack for releases but most of what they release is among the very best of all brands.
I’ve never had DeWALT as my primary but geeked out on review channels about a year ago and I own around $20K in power tools (lots of Festool) and Milwaukee is hard to beat for the common stuff. There are some really cool DeWALT tools but coincidently I haven’t needed any of those odd slots.
omg!!!!!! hybrid vac !!!! thank you Milwaukee
I'm so excited for a milwaukee dust extractor and it plugs it also!
Does it suck up water and wet concrete slurry as well?
Dewalt nail gun looks sick
Looking forward to the new DEWALT nailer!
Thanks for the great coverage. Congrats on getting it done!
I’m glad to see tools recycled for Habitat for Humanity. I’ve donated quite a few tools over the years my self.
My heart sank when I saw a new Milwaukee nail gun and it wasn't a roofing nailer. Good for them for listening to what we want otherwise. The m36extractor with packout compatability as well as 120V versatility is a game changer. Now they just need to implement this in Table saws, miter saws, Tower lights, more vaccuums, etc. Still waiting for a snowblower and the roofing nailer.
Pipeline is later this year there is still hope
Even tho the price tag is extremely high I want the 800 lb mover for water heaters in tight locations or moving heavy vanity tops all the way around the house on steep slopes. (Ya its a real thing). Great show as always Rob and Sarah!
I personally highly appreciate Rob and Sarah giving us opportunity to experience the leading innovative trends in the construction industry. First of all the the Milwaukee vac with the remote start stop is day before yesterday's news. Honestly there are number of companies had this solution for years. But better later then never as the saying goes. Thanks for the plug option. As for the DeWalt, I understand they are crazy proud to have one battery fits all policy. And this all good but time is coming when the universal power supply units will be all over the place. So, why not introduce adapters and accessories that would at least be half step forward. Makita with the framing nail gun.... Again, like Milwaukee day before yesterday news. What really stood out is Honda electric powered saw. Very interesting, modular solution could be a good development. Printing robot also interesting although, how one ensures accuracy and it change happens, which is very common in the industry what solution do they offer... The diamond blade... Makita, common!!!
Damn, I wish all my saws had positive detents for lumber thickness. Nice feature.
Dusty robot is very very cool
Love that little robot
I wonder how close it mark against a wall.
I am keeping an eye out on that one it could be a game changer, just like drones , in the constrcution industry
@@frenchyroastify1.5 inches from wall/obstacles if marked properly
Can’t wait for the Milwaukee Vacuum!!!
Backpack Vibrator? Ultimate christmas gift for the wife haha
Bosch as always dissappoints. Releasing drill drivers and impacts with the Output of 2021 while the competition releasing fricking core drills, dual battery/Cord vacums and SDS Hex breakers
I have no idea why they seem to not look around at the competition and be like hmmm, maybe we have enough inferior drills and impact drivers, lets focus on being innovative. I will give it to them their new table saw it looks amazing, but aside from that why would you go with Bosch who lags behind almost always?
Their tools are very well built and engineered to last longer than the competition
@@Terrence432 Bosch has pretty good battery SDS Plus and Max units. Alot of options on dust extraction while drilling or chizzeling. There two last Generation grinders are also in the top 4. At least the GWS 18V 150SC and 180PC.
They also have good miter saws. The GCM 18V 216 DC is better than the Option Milwaukee offers right now. Same goes for the 12" Miter. The big GCM has more power than the biggest M18 miter and it has more functions like speed control.
But for the very rest.. That GSR/GSB 18V 150 is like the biggest drill i ever saw. There circular and tracksaw is medicore. There new Zallsaw is as powerful as a 4 year old M18 Milwaukee unit. There impacts all suck..
There new garden lineup is worse than what they allready released like 10 years ago as they still used there 36V system. The 36V Professional garden tools where actually very ahead of there time and on the same Level as Stihl or even ahead on most battery Power tools but they said 36V has no future..
Now they are the only big Brand that don't have an higher voltage system..
Really? Take a look a TTC. There is nothing that even comes particularly close to their 1330CN. Easily the most powerful drill on the market. Their impact drivers are still not particularly competitive, but their new drills and wrenches are either class leading or very close.
They have innovated but they arent leading in a lot of areas. They invented x-lock and sds hammer drill locking systems.
Blessed Be the Barel Grip
Big brain dewalt whit how they are useing the batterys for the core drill. seems like a lot easier entry to reuse some of the existing flexvolt batterys if you have a mangement that don´t like spending money.
This dual handle nonsense has to stop! Has anyone used the two trigger Milwaukee bandsaw? Its maddening!
Tools have to have a certain element of danger.
Hey, it finally processed! Woo!!!
You didn’t ask pricing on the rebar bending machine? I’m building a garden shed this summer and could use one of those
I can't believe the 6 1/2 Milwaukee circ saw stalled in the demo. I'm not sure how powerful that sucker is especially if it was running the forge batteries.
!Wow, Makita nailer is fast! Havent made the jump to 40v yet so like that it is 18v.
I hope the make one for the 40v as I don’t really want to buy into lxt if I don’t have to
Woo more tools
Esta espectacular el show donde están mostrando las nuevas tecnologias
When is milwaukee gonna make a drywall sander?? Dewalts got one
Once again Diablo is owning the cutting market.
Does Bosch even try? Latest hole saw plug removal technology (i hope they dont walk by the Diablo booth)
Dewalt is killing it with that Milwaukee tool tracking and integration technology.
That hard hat from Delta is actually pretty slick. Love that suspension system.
Yes we need Tool Shop Hats.
Thanks for all the hard work y'all, we really do appreciate it.
Bosch and Diablo are the same. Both are made by Freud what is mostly owned by Bosch.
The red Diablo is sold as Bosch Expert in Europe and coated blue.
Same for Diablo sds drills or vac drills. They are named Bosch Expert X7 and have a blue tip.
While you don't find Bosch Expert blades and drills in North America you don't find Diablo in Europe or Asia.
Why was the Makita Framer shooting only 3inch nails.
No one uses 3inch for framing. 3 1/4 to 3 1/2.
Cool stuff the lady with the framing nailer didn't seem very comfortable with that tool
That dewalt angle grinder is a MONSTER
I like how in one booth they're like. Yeah, use your boot to prop up the wood to use the circular Saw and the other booth are like you gotta use two hands on the grinder to be safe for dewalt
The dusty robot. I just saw a projector warehouse that shows you your architectural drawing in life size on the floor. This would be great to do with like a moppable system to do the same but without a warehouse filled with projectors
Milwaukee could’ve easily made their saw & vacs dual powered
True, but it adds cost, AND a drop in performance. Not always the best option based on who the tool is designed for.
Does the vacuum charge the batteries when plugged in?
@@philipdove1705 must be
Wow, Tina really pointed that Dewalt framing nailer directly at you like 8 times lol
When is Milwaukee going to make a concrete nailer?!
Its funny how the competition are catching up to Hilti ´s ATC! I dont know exactly when but i found a dokument from 2013 on their pages!
The dusty robot would be good for locates. Too bad they don't offer an off-road option that can drive and print on grass.
I look forward to the 40v XGT framing nailer version circa 2028.
How much and when is the 6 1/2 inch circular saw from Milwaukee coming out?
duplex nailer looks pretty sick, sure it costs a pretty penny though
formwork contractors make shit load of cash
I really do hope the DeWalt framing nailer is good 😮 The gun missed 2 nails unless she doesn't know how to use it
Dammit. Milwaukee came out with a cordless dust extractor. Now I have to buy it.
Why so little coverage of Makita stuff? There's clearly a massive stand behind you at the end of the video. Too much Dewank yellow and Milwaukee
We covered every new tool in the Makita booth. When we arrive at each major booth, we meet up with their senior marketing person on site, and they walk us to every new tool they've brought, and we interview each product manager for that tool.
Cause Milwaukee is better and makes tools faster, 🤣 js
If only milwaukee would make dual power miter saws and table saws.
Agreed.
Can I get a Tool Show hat shipped to Australia. I want one
Is that Dewalt extended magazine nailer legal in California?😂
duplex nailer go crazy
The hybrid vacuum is a must. Is there any love left for Drywall workers? A battery powered texture gun. Vac and Sander combo? A battery powered texture gun? Oh wait…. Something? Anyone?
Forth quarter of 2024 for the Milwaukee vac 🙄
Cool video
MAKITA NAILGUN
Where the DeWalt giant tool boxes!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Yeah we totally missed them. Our handler was so excited about PowerShift, (understandably) that they forgot to show us the tool boxes. We only saw them later when some of our friends covered them.
I'm a huge Milwaukee fan, but geez took them long enough to implement Bluetooth into their shopvacs. They are only a couple years behind in that regard. And why for the love of God did they not start with a dual power for their shop vac platform? Like seriously it seems like a no-brainer. I mean did they really expect people to buy TWO different heads and carry them around when they want to use a cord on a job site? I know it requires more tech which means more weight and such to allow a tool to Run on AC and DC power but with these shopvacs you for the most part are wheeling them around and not carrying so weight is a non-starter.
Also the Dewalt framing nailers, are they still spring-loaded or have they switched over to the more reliable nitrogen canister as a means to drive the nails? Also what about the weight? People's main and mostly only complaint with the Milwaukee framing nailer is the weight. It weighs the same as a small fridge.
Bosch fans punching the air rn
“We don’t NEED MORE IMPACTS AND DRILLS!”
it was fruitful information.
Dewalt tryna show better ramp time, just to prove it's no better
Can ya'll start adding timestamps to these videos?
Hey, what is Sarah doing during the video? We look forwards to seeing her and it’s just hello and goodbye.
Literally the camera operator. Sarah prefers not to be on camera without a written script. That’s why I do all the interviews. She will be back with me at the news desk this Friday!
@@ToolShow ok,, makes sense.
DeWalt, you still can't make a nice nailer.
Milwaukee finally realized that we just won't buy a large non hybrid vacuum.
... Tina 😂, awesome.
I want the 40V XGT version Framing Gun😢
Needs more Sarah.
Agreed. But Sarah doesn't do unscripted content. She she's my camera operator at events like this.
@@ToolShow Oh well. It would be fun to see her take that chipping hammer for a spin 😊
Bosch really dropped that ball this year, almost everything they're showing off isn't new this year or has been out for a while now. some items were shown last WOC in 23.
It is good to see that everyone in the US is still "very exzided".
Do you know if Milwaukee are bringing a cordless ppn nailer out anytime soon???
That makita nailer sounds like a star wars gun
Ryobi for the win!
None of the bosch tools are new, just like last year!
When is the m18 saw coming out?
The Bosch is... Something is not complete with these people. 3degree of accuracy??? What kind of accuracy is that???
Its not finish carpentry. Plumbers, electricians & framers. I don't think its the most useful or desirable feature tbh
Makita should focus on warranty department… they have had my grinder from almost 3 months
We stopped using the Hilti tools because they were too expensive to maintain especially once the led goes on .
I know people like cutting stuff on their foot, but I wish they wouldn't, lol
Bosch poor as hell I have to change despite 12 batterys 😞😞who remember model number for Dewalt grinder………………Milwaukee rules 🤟
20 03😂😂😂 не может быть
Why would DeWalt pick a pasty boy that has never been on a jobsite for a spokesmodel??
7k-10k for a battery dolly lol
he had to pull the price out of him haha
Not that expensive when a job that was normally a two man thing can be done solo. Also damage and injury is reduced or eliminated. Sometimes we need to bring crazy heavy expensive bathtubs up stairs. I'd rent this.
Definitely a product for the hire companies
@@frenchyroastifytook the words out of my mouth. I work in a small company, so sometimes we are split up, 1 guy to finish up details. So sometimes those details end up being heavy ones.
I’m a die hard fan Makita fan . In all honestly the nail gun looks like garbage . They didn’t bother to slim it down , hopefully for the xgt they slim it
Milwaukee may appear innovative with gimmicks and extras , bottom line is they are not user-friendly , roughest tools to use
Milwaukee needs to up their game in regards to weight balancing , smoothness to start
period
I have all Milwaukee and considering to change to makita
I've never use a nail gun before but seeing her point that thing at people face with battery attached makes me cringe
the girl at the start is pretty
보쉬 요즘 누가 쓰니~
Its a good thing Hilti tools are recyclable cause they're garbage!
MIPS is nothing but marketing. EPS still better.
Raj bro doesn't give me confidence in Hilti tools
Why is this guy screaming? 🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂🤦♂
Dewalt nail guns are bulky and slow
2
Why are you shouting
It's loud at these shows.
