I would avoid the baby 6 pan because you wouldn’t get a large enough variety of looks. My picks are the two mid-sized palettes. Especially since they already have some pan, they look doable to finish in a year. Can’t wait to watch your panning progress next year!
All good choices. I feel like you can’t go wrong! They’re all very neutral and there aren’t as many tricky shades as some past palettes you’ve panned. You could always set a goal of just hitting pan on the really dark shades. I can also see the large Colourpop palette as one to try to hit pan in every shade instead of finish, but I know that’s not as satisfying. You could probably accomplish that while also finishing the Lorac 6 pan entirely. No matter what you choose, I’m rooting for you and your panning journey 👏🏻
I’d finish That’s Taupe. Then you could use the packaging maybe in the future and make a smaller palette out of Rock Candy you could pan. All good choices though.
This year, I'm starting out with an easy win. It's a little GWP basic everyday one. It's not that baby LORAC one, but it's like the clinique version of it. I would start with that. Just to knock out an easy win. Then I'm moving to something more challenging. I really like that Rock Candy one! I have a few 15 pN Colour Pop pallets I'm going to switch over to one, I just can't decide!
Id go with the large colourpop palette, work on hitting pan on every shade (the get to know phase) and then continue working on panning as many pans as possible.

I would vote for Lorac palette or Alter Ego palette
