    Thank you so much. You are the only one explaining it this way which helps tremendously with Chase Cards. No one online or a Qb seems to be able to come up with a solution for Chase but I think this is going to work. Thank you

    Great video! Would you have a recommendation on how to upload the visa receipts from the users? I've used Concur in the past but would like an easier solution that our users could use.

      Concur is usually used by larger businesses and this isn't my niche but I'm happy to provide suggestions. Does the team use a company credit card, get reimbursed, etc?

    This video was very helpful! I already had separate accounts setup and thought I had to delete them to setup sub accounts instead. However, I will probably setup sub accounts for new added future accounts so as to avoid having to do the transfer entries each month.

    This is really great! I have a corporate card with Bank of America and two child cards. But QuickBooks online can’t really figure that out. It will not allow me to make the corporate card a parent card. But the way you show it here is perfect. Do you have a video now showing paying off the corporate card through a normal bank transfer at the end of the month? What I mean is that at the end of the month I go to payments within my Bank America online and I select the from account as my checking, and the to account as my corporate credit card, and then I get a button that asks do I want to pay the statement amount, I click yes. And then Bank of America transfers the balance of the corporate credit card to the credit card and then the balance on the statement for the corporate card goes to zero. sorry for the lengthy description, but it would be great if you cover how this payment transfer from the credit card to the corporate card would work to complete your video. Thank you so much.

      If you have both your corporate card and your checking account connected to QuickBooks you should see that transaction show up in the bank feeds and be able to log it as a transfer. If you need help you can schedule a 15-minute meeting and I can walk you through it: gentlefrog.com/meeting

      Thank you very much, I really appreciate the offer. I’m going to research a bit more to see if I can solve it myself first.

    Hi. great video! One question I have is would we need to reconcile the Corporate account as well? Or did I mess up somewhere?

    • @GentleFrog
      @GentleFrog  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's going to depend on how you have things setup within QuickBooks. But if you do have the main Corporate card attached then yes, you would need to reconcile that. If you have need help you can schedule a 15-minute meeting and we can take a look at it together: gentlefrog.com/meeting

    Quick Question - does the corporate account and the separate card accounts all need to be linked to the bank feeds? Thanks

    • @GentleFrog
      @GentleFrog  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There's different ways to do it. I like to have all the cards connected. I have a video on how I like to enter corporate cards with cardholders into QBO that you might find helpful: th-cam.com/video/vm4ZFGwT47k/w-d-xo.html

    Excellent video and thank you for the clear explanation. One question though, what do you do with the dowloaded transactions from your credit card company? It comes as the total payment and if I accept it or try to attach it to the one account it will just create an overpayment of the amount that was used to pay the other cards part of the balance. Should it just be excluded since you manually entered it? Thanks in advance

      Not all corporate cards import into QuickBooks the same way. If you schedule a15-minute meeting we can take a look at how yours works and figure out what will work best in your situation: www.gentlefrog.com/meeting/
